We are very proud to be starting works to refurbish the timber windows on the landmark Friars Mill Development in Leicester.
The Grade II-listed mill complex has been empty since 2005. It includes one of the oldest surviving factory buildings in the city, the former Donisthorpe Factory, which was badly damaged in a fire in July 2012.
William Anelay Ltd have been appointed as the projects Principal Contractor and chose Jericho Joinery to breath life back into the historic elements of the building that are to remain following the buildings refurbishment.
